  My husband and i purchased our first chair from him over a year ago.Six months into having this chair we had problems with the mechanism,diddnt think anything of it,thought it was still a new chair it happens,well just a week ago it breaks,we then call harts and let him know,we now have to wait a week before they pick it up,it was just picked up this wed.Now,they cannot fix the chair because of some company he goes threw out in LA.Do not get anything from this man,we are officially chairless and no refund nothing!not even a im sorry out of it.MESSED UP.....
